SGT

Small Group Training is a unique blend of traditional bodybuilding, powerlifting, and functional fitness that targets one specific movement pattern each day and all the supporting muscle groups. This programming is designed to utilize our body's stored energy efficiently to achieve maximal results with an emphasis on proper movement techniques. Movement patterns rotate between Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull and Metabolic Conditioning.

Hotwheels

Hot-wheels is a fun twist on a boring old spin class. We blast away hundreds of calories while practicing safe movement and proper stability. The music pumps you up and keeps you moving through a variety of sprints, hills and a little movement to mix things up!

Community Workouts

FREE community workouts every Saturday at 9:00 am. No membership required. Just bring a non-perishable food item for our weekly donations to non-profit organizations. Follow us on Instagram for schedule changes & holiday hours.
