Small Group Training is a unique blend of traditional bodybuilding, powerlifting, and functional fitness that targets one specific movement pattern each day and all the supporting muscle groups. This programming is designed to utilize our body's stored energy efficiently to achieve maximal results with an emphasis on proper movement techniques. Movement patterns rotate between Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull and Metabolic Conditioning.

The ultimate hardCORE Ab class that includes isolating ab exercises that will strengthen and tone your core. This TABATA style class not only shreds your core, it also incorporates cardio! Get your sweat on and in just 20 minutes, you will leave class sweaty and with a solid Ab PUMP!

Hotwheels

Hot-wheels is a fun twist on a boring old spin class. We blast away hundreds of calories while practicing safe movement and proper stability. The music pumps you up and keeps you moving through a variety of sprints, hills and a little movement to mix things up!

Tuesday & Thursday

This high energy, high volume strength class includes a great mix of muscle building exercises and toning superset exercises! We target specific muscle groups from head to toe that will help to create a well balanced and strong physique. You will leave with a sweat and a burning pump!
